I hope you had a wonderful summer break, filled with opportunities to learn and grow. As we all know that a good vacation can help us to reconnect with ourselves, operating as a vehicle for self-discovery and helping us get back to feeling our best. Keeping this in view I hope you will share all the lovely memories and experiences that you have had during this break by sending in your entries to Webzine.

Being an effusive Dipsite I’m sure you will share our enthusiasm as we embark on our journey together towards a rewarding and successful second term. We start off with the “CommQuest” - a quest to explore the being of a commercial industry.

This is one of the very few events with such a topic at the high school level. It is an opportunity for students to grow before they reach college. From a socio-economic street play, to an advertisement competition, to a business quiz, to launching a product and even to taking decisions for an economy, this event covers all the aspects of knowledge a pondering teen would want to explore.

It is fascinating how the grooming of a successful commercialist can start at such a young age, how he can nurture his skills and capitalize on opportunities presented to him. Such an opportunity is our CommQuest at DPS Sharjah.

I am sure with your never ending zeal this event will turn out to be a grand success.
